​Viewers weren't able to see and select groups in the dialog to add subscriptions on symbio elements to subscription groups

If groups were selected in the dialog and confirmed, the subscriptions were available in the database but not in the UI of the Subscription Service due to sending a VersionId instead of a ContainerId.
